This class targets the connective tissue (i.e. joints, bones, and ligaments). We remain in many of the poses longer than in a traditional yoga class which can be challenging for our body as well as our mind. The class may be slower paced, giving our mind time to quiet down, our breath to soften, and our connective tissue to be stimulated. We will experience the balance between movement and stillness. Tools such as blocks and blankets are encouraged for this class. This class is accessible for all levels.
All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Some yoga tools such as blocks, a blanket and a strap are encouraged. This class is on a donation basis.
