Book a Room

Need a room for your next study group, meeting, event or conference? You’ve come to the right place!

Just call 970-884-2222 , ext. 510 or stop by the Pine River Library Information Desk to reserve our Community Room or one of our two Study Rooms. Before reserving your room, you’ll want to review our official Room Use Policy. Groups or individuals using rooms must also fill out our Public Rooms Use Agreement before using the space.

Community Room

Our Community Room is a big, open space that can accommodate up to 78 people without tables and chairs and up to 37 people with tables and chairs. Reservations must be made in advance (up to 90 days). The Library Community Room (which can be split in half with a divider) is available free of charge to non-profits and community groups/organizations for meetings, workshops, seminars, and programs. Private groups and individuals may use the room for the following fees: Community Rooms A & B: $20/hour. Community Room A or Community Room B: $10/hour.

Fill out our Online Reservation Form and we will contact you to let you know if we can accommodate your Community Room reservation request and provide information about fees (if applicable). NOTE: The form is a request to book the room. Your reservation won’t be confirmed until you receive a response from a library staff member. 

 Study Rooms

We have two Study Rooms that can accommodate up to seven people and are available for use during normal Library operating hours.

  • Room #113 can accommodate up to seven people.
  • Room #114 can accommodate up to five people and includes a whiteboard.

Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance for a maximum of two hours. There is no fee for study room use. Call the Library at 970-884-2222 ext. 510 or stop by our Information Desk to reserve your Study Room.
