Summer Learning: Mindful Parenting

Are you interested in incorporating mindfulness practices into your family’s life but don’t know where to begin? Join Mindfulness Facilitator Tracy Baumann to learn some simple, powerful and fun practices that can easily be incorporated into your family life/everyday activities. This class is for parents/caregivers and their children, however, adults who work with children but do not have their own children are welcome as well. In this hands-on class you will:
- become aware of and connect with the breath
- observe what is happening in your body and emotions
- experience mindful listening
- participate in a loving kindness practice
- have fun!
