Strength And Alignment

This free class is designed to improve your overall strength and realign your body. We will work with weights and also body weight. The class also includes corrective exercises and activities to strengthen your core and increase flexibility and mobility. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and friends! All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
