Mountaintop Movement: HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training. This class consists of hard charging intervals of training designed to increase your heart rate for a set period of time, followed by a rest to bring your heart rate back down.
Each class will consist of a demonstration, warm-up, and 10-12 stations where we will focus on a specific body group per station. We will rotate through 3 rounds with a short break between each round. When the work out is over we cool down and stretch.
All equipment will be provided. These HIITs will be outside, please plan accordingly and bring your own water.
