Local Dietitian & Digestive Wellness Coach Fran Sutherlin, M.S., R.D., will explain fad diets and the three key things to look for in a diet to keep the weight off. These three things will allow you to feel better, improve your energy, sleep better, and reduce pain and disease-causing inflammation in your body.
